Thank you for purchasing camping gear from our store. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may apply for a return within 3 to 7 days after receiving it. We aim to provide you with a hassle-free return process.

Return conditions:

• The product must be unused and in brand-new condition, with original packaging, manual, and accessories;

• Please contact our customer service to submit a return request and obtain approval before sending the item back;

• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days;

• Return shipping for non-defective products is the responsibility of the buyer.
